'o' is a Korean character. We take it from 'Incheon'.
It's blue color stands for one feature of Incheon, a city where blue sky meets deep-blue sea. Three small jewels symbolize various tourism resources in Incheon.
The inner empty round stands for Incheon's multi-national ports which would be the gate for the world tourists. Also, it expresses ITO's philosophy that ITO will advance to the unlimited world with the power of creation.
The outer imperfect circle means ITO's strong will to take on it's given works and make Incheon shine to the world.
